Matrix 1341c begins with the incipit "Un nido di memorie" which represents the Pagliacci prologue in an abridged form; such incipit is not listed on this release. Ruffo made a more complete version in 1912 (matrices 462ai, 467ai) released in two parts on Victor 88392 and 88393. All three discs, however, were listed in the 1917 Victor catalog. |
