Laird: "Masters E28322 & E23823 are listed on a sheet giving no other details except the date and a notation indicating that these masters were made for British Brunswick. However, since Duophone D4048 uses the same pseudonym as D4035 (which is definitely by Hal Kemp), it is likely that the other two masters were also made by Kemp. Master E28323 was never issued and no other details are known."
