Noted in Laird: A remake of master E36652 was made on May 29, 1931 under master number E36835. On a "corrected" sheet for master E36652 these recordings were re-assigned to the same number as the earlier recordings [ie. master E36652] with takes C & D indicating the two additional takes. The reason for this strange decision is unknown, but a notation on the "corrected" sheet attempts to explain by stating: "E36835, another master of recording, not being used for this selection, C & D taking the place of this master number, which is going to be used for another recording at some other time" [sic].
Session indicated as recorded in the AM.
